Your great vision may take from three to eight weeks to stabilize and your life
has basically returned to normal. You can beginning to meet the intense activity :

Return for eye examination on the 1 month after Lasik. Strenuous sports, including swimming, can be
started, but with eye protection. You can start outdoor activities, but
ensure that your eyes are well protected. Wear sun-glasses for 1 month to prevent
foreign bodies from getting into the eyes and protect them from ultraviolet
light when you are outdoors. Lawn mowing and other outdoor activities can
be resumed. Continue to take great care with your eyes to protect them from
anything that might get into them.
